Purpose
This Code sets the ethical standards that guide how UNNIOM does business every day.
UNNIOM AMERICAS is an international supplier and producer of plastic raw materials, masterbatches, compounds, additives, pigments and polymers. Our success depends not only on the quality of our products, but on the trust we earn from customers, suppliers, employees and stakeholders.
This Code of Ethics applies to all employees, officers, directors, contractors and representatives acting on behalf of UNNIOM. It reflects our commitment to lawful, ethical and socially responsible conduct in every market we serve.
We expect everyone associated with UNNIOM to uphold these principles, speak up when something is wrong, and help us maintain a culture where integrity is non-negotiable.

UNNIOM operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards in every country where we do business, including trade, environmental, labor and antitrust rules.
We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, extortion or improper payments in any form. All commercial dealings must be legitimate, documented and free from conflicts of interest.
Employees and representatives must avoid situations where personal interests could conflict with UNNIOM's interests. Any potential conflict must be disclosed and managed appropriately.
We protect confidential business, customer and employee information. Personal and commercial data is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We promote responsible use of resources, waste reduction and sustainable product development. Our operations consider environmental impact and the well-being of the communities where we operate.

Reporting
If you witness or suspect a violation of this Code, applicable law or company policy, report it promptly. UNNIOM prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.
Reports may be made to a supervisor, human resources representative, legal counsel or through the appropriate reporting channel available in your region.
Accountability
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationship, and may also lead to civil or criminal liability.
UNNIOM leadership is responsible for promoting this Code, ensuring employees understand its requirements, and addressing violations consistently and fairly.
